Archangel Michael and The Collective Masters of Light have channelled the Re-Activation Sound Codes through Lizzie Baker - channel, author, workshop facilitator, musician and teacher - as part of the Unity Consciousness Workshop which encourages Self-Empowerment and Self-Healing. Sacred geometry is the language of higher dimensions and higher consciousness. Every Sacred Geometric shape contains the energy pattern of the Golden phi ratio or Golden Spiral which is present in our physical bodies, cells, DNA, plants, animals, minerals, planets, solar systems, stars, galaxies and Universes.
Seven tracks in all; each track is based on a specific Sacred Geometric Shape with traditional associations with Alchemy, Divine Rights, Colours and Chakras. This can easily be expanded to include your favourite Crystals, Archangels, Mantras etc. These “suggestions” for many different points of focus have been given to help everyone connect with each track but you are very much encouraged to use this CD creatively.

There are energy fields within the aura that inter-penetrate your physical body.
Each geometric shape resonates at the specific frequency of each energy field.
For example, the Star Tetrahedron energy field is the one closest to the human body and represents the 3rd dimension. By focusing your intent on the beauty and symmetry of each shape whilst listening to the CD, you can balance each successive energy field; rapidly expand your consciousness and accelerate your spiritual evolution.
When we bring balance to an energy field, it re-activates dimensional gateways or portals allowing Higher Frequencies of Divine Energy to enter your aura. Over time, through the manifestation process, eventually these higher aspects of ourselves are embodied within our physical body.

Archangel Michael and the Collective Masters of Light are acutely aware that every individual has a unique way of learning. Some of us prefer to learn visually by looking at artwork or symbols. Some of us prefer to learn using our listening skills like hearing music. Some of us prefer to learn kinesthetically using our muscles with movement and dancing. Some of us prefer to learn intellectually by reading books. Some of us prefer to learn through experience by attending workshops. Some of us prefer to use our "surfing skills" by logging onto the internet to read blogs and articles. Some of us even prefer using our sense of smell by using incense, essential oils and Angel Sprays.
There are an infinite number of ways for Humanity to re-connect to the Unity Consciousness Energies. The Collective Masters of Light want to give every individual as much opportunity as possible to connect with the Unity Consciousness Energies. They have so far channelled information to me in the form of Re-Activation Light Symbols; Re-Activation Sound Codes on CD; the Unity Consciousness Workshop Book (still in creation stage); the UC Workshops themselves and setting up our website with monthly newsletters. I am currently channeling all these different ways that have been offered to contribute to the raising of the Human Collective Consciousness from its current frequency to Higher Levels of Consciousness. These are the ways back to our True Divine Self –

Re-Activation Sound Codes CD
I have channelled guidance from Archangel Michael for over 10 years now. This CD is my first attempt to actually channel music. Michael and Metatron have especially influenced this particular part of the UC work. Michael in terms of Communication Systems and Metatron in terms of Sacred Geometry, Sacred Creational Harmonics and the Universal Law of Resonance. The Law of Resonance states that everything in the Universe is Energy or Vibration. If a more stable energy field comes into contact with a less stable field, the weaker field will be stabilized by the stronger field. This is the principle behind how the Re-Activation Sound Codes actually work.

It is estimated that currently Human Beings only use approximately 10% of our total brain capacity. The UCW Re-Activation Sound Codes can be sensed by deeper parts of ourselves and can re-awaken Divine Gifts within us to empower us to heal ourselves and the World. You can re-connect to the Divine Self that is already within you. The Masters of Light inform me that the Re-Activation Sound Codes can help in many ways such as re-awakening clairaudient abilities; clearing negativity from our personal energy field & the environmental energy field in our homes & offices. It would be difficult to list all the possible benefits here. Physical, mental and emotional healing can take place. Accessing and using your inner Divine Talents can be another benefit. Even unhealthy ancestral/genetic lineage programming can be cleared. Karmic clearing can also be achieved.
There are no hard and fast rules how to use the CD. If you prefer meditating or chakra balancing while listening to the tracks, then this will work for your personal process. If you prefer to just have the CD playing in the background, this will work for your process.
Be Creative! Be Imaginative! Do what feels right for you.
For example, if you feel the first track for the Merkaba Activation works best for you when you meditate on the Heart Chakra, then do what works best for you. You don’t have to limit yourself to focusing on the suggestions given above. Perhaps you prefer to use the colour White to visualize your Crown Chakra – rather than Purple.
Again, do what feels right for you! In the Grand Scheme of things, each track affects everything. The Sound Codes are infinitely re-activating. Each track is just another curve on the Golden Spiral. There are no limits or specifics to worry about. Each person will tune into what they need for their individual Growth and Highest Purpose from the Sound Codes at this particular time. Remember, your needs will change over time as you grow Spiritually. So, sometimes you might want to meditate to the CD whereas, at other times, you might just want to have the music playing quietly at the background. Trust yourself!
Briefly, the Sound Codes are "Energy Keys for Energy Gateways". Opening these Energy Gateways allows us to open ourselves up to embrace the vastness that is our Divine Self. We can benefit in so many ways.
Archangel Michael and the Collective Masters of Light encourage Self-Empowerment and Self-Healing. They want to make it very clear here that the Sound Codes are “tools" for you to use to empower yourself to heal yourself. You do the healing. The Sound Codes just help you access those parts of yourself that can heal other parts of yourself.
There is also a bonus effect on the Environment where the Sound Codes are played in terms of the Healing Energies of your home or your work place. The Sound Codes will raise the Metatronic Frequencies in the immediate environment. Feng Shui Music!
Sacred Seven
The Masters of Light have channelled these Sound Codes in this “Sacred Seven” form to help us re-connect to the Unity Consciousness Energies. Seven is the fundamental number of the Manifested Universe. It is a common theme found in Human Consciousness such as seven days of the week, seven colours of the rainbow and seven notes in the musical scale. Seven is composed of the numbers three and four. Three represents the Spiritual component as the Divine Triangle of “Masculine – Feminine – Unity”. Four represents the Physical component consistent with the four elements, four compass directions and so on. Seven represents the centre of the Golden Spiral where the manifest universe meets the unmanifest void of Creation. It is the bridging point between Spirit and Matter.
Seven also represents the Perfected Female or the Divine Feminine Archetype. There are seven stars in the Pleiades. There are seven metals used in the ancient art of Alchemy.
In many different cultures all over the world, seven represents wholeness, completeness, totality and re-integration. In Judeo-Christian traditions, God rested on the Seventh Day.
In Egyptian mythology, seven is the sacred number of Osiris and there are seven Hathors. In Hinduism, there are Seven Jewels of the Brahamans. In Islamic traditions, the perfect number is Seven associated with Seven Heavens. In Kabalistic traditions, seven is attributed to Venus and the Group Mind – the undivided Soul of Humanity.
I think it’s pretty obvious by now why the Collective Masters of Light decided to utilize the Sacred Seven format in the Unity Consciousness Workshop teachings!

I was puzzled initially as to what was the significance of this particular letter when Michael shared this decree with me. With re-search, I have discovered that T is associated with the most ancient form of the Cross. The Cross can represent the connection between Humanity and Divinity where the vertical bar is Divinity and the horizontal bar is Humanity. The actual point of connection between the two represents the Sacred Space of the Heart where personality self meets True Self. Some teachings believe that the vertical line represents Divine Masculine (Activity) and the horizontal line represents Divine Feminine (Passivity). Where they meet is the point of Divine Unity (Balance). The T-Cross pre-dates the Christianized Cross by millennia. In his classic book Atlantis: the Antediluvian World, Ignatius Donnelly states that the Tau Cross was an important icon signifying "hidden wisdom" for Mexicans as well as for Peruvians, Egyptians, Phoenicians, and Chaldeans. In general, it was emblematic of rejuvenation, freedom from physical suffering, hope, immortality and divine unity.
As part of the UC Teachings, Metatron talks about the "T Factor" which is all about Truth. Metatron teaches that Divine Truth has a special frequency of energy. It relates to harmony and music in the sense that "Truth strikes a chord" within us when we are exposed to its vibration. Truth resonates within us.
T also represents The Tao. Tao is Chinese for "way". When this simple word is used in reference to the Divine, it is difficult for Human brains to comprehend such an infinitely broad concept as the Divine Source and Creator. The great Chinese Taoist sage Chuang Tzu teaches, "Tao is the whole. The essential reality." Tao is the whole of which everything is a part. Tao is the Primal Source that manifests as All That Is.
Tao expresses itself as the perfect balance of yin and yang.
These Re-activation Sound Codes are one “way” to re-connect Humanity to Source – to re-connect yourself to your Authentic Divine Self.
We can see how many cultures associate the T-shape with burgeoning new life, the rising sun, psycho-spiritual journeying and ultimately Re-surrection. Sometimes the simplest symbols contain the deepest meanings. You are encouraged to discover for yourself what T means to you.
