Here is the latest information regarding the manifestation of The Seven Rivers of Light Workshop / Retreat. During morning and afternoon sessions, we Focus Our Intentions on each of the Seven Main Chakras. There are Specialist Facilitators coming in to share their Energy and Teachings regarding each specific Chakra. Some of the following information was included in the July-August 2009 Unity Consciousness Workshop Newsletter but there is further information to help us visualize the whole Gathering.
Monday morning…
Base Chakra
Local Teacher and Shamaness, Lynne Clothier, will be opening the Workshop.
She writes…
Forming the foundation of the Chakra System is the Base, associated with survival and ones basic needs. In this heady Western society, many people find themselves ungrounded, influenced by their minds and emotions, and out of the present moment, often leading to inner turmoil.
Whilst engaging in Earthy practices, such as growing vegetables in my garden, fitting a new kitchen and painting the outside of my house, I began to experience my spirit in physical form. I was aware of being in the moment, from which was experienced an inner stillness, enough to quiet the mind and feel the I AM Presence of pure consciousness flow through me.
Writing and facilitating courses and classes in Tai Chi, Breath & Dance, Chanting & Toning, has taught me the importance of movement, sound and vibration, and conscious breathing as tools to assist creating an inner stillness along with grounding and connecting ourselves within our base centre to Mother Earth.
Through Shamanic practices, I’ve experience the interconnectedness of all life as pure consciousness, enabling communication and energetic exchanges to take place with nature spirits, who wish to bring joy, wisdom and healing to humanity, enabling humanity to come back into harmony within their place on Earth, living as part of and not exclusive from, the intricate and diverse system of life on Mother Earth.
Monday afternoon…
On Monday afternoon, Archangel Michael calls us together for a session he calls “Integration”. This is a relaxed, informal session when I will be sharing channelled information. I plan to spend some time sharing the story of the growth of our
Family-in-Spirit from the beginnings of the Unity Consciousness Workshop in 2007
to the Light Work involved in the Seven Rivers of Light Workshop in 2010.
I plan to share some of the UCW Teachings with special attention being paid to information that I have channelled regarding the Metatronic- Shekinah Grids in the U.K.
Michael explains that the Metatronic - Shekinah Grids can be used by Humanity as a "bridging grid” to connect the Earth ley-lines to the Cosmic Unity Consciousness Grid using our Chakra System. This forms one immense Energy Circuit that facilitates the flow of Divine Energy into the Earth to release blockages and to heal. If we metaphorically use computer jargon, we could say that the M-S Grids give us Broadband high speed access to download new consciousness programmes from Source to Earth and all her sentient beings.
This process was witnessed during the Rainbow Synergy Ceremony performed at the Unity Consciousness Workshop in 2008 on the Winter Solstice at Whalley Abbey.
This open session will also be a time where we can all Gather as a Family-in-Spirit.
You may have news you want to share with the Family; you may just want to sit quietly and enjoy the warmth of spending time with like-minded people or you may even feel drawn to spend some time outside either walking in the grounds of Whalley Abbey or the local area so that you can attune and ground yourself.
Tuesday morning…
Sacral Chakra
I will be Facilitating the Sacral Chakra session with Channelled teachings from Archangel Michael and The Collective Masters of Light. The b-lessons here are to examine how we perceive reality. We will be challenged to perceive from a totally Energetic and Vibrational point of view. Using colour, music, toning, sacred geometry, our six senses, intuition, visualization and some colour therapy techniques, we will be working with this particular Chakra that is so much associated with Duality – the sexual chakra where our Masculine and Feminine energies either collide or combine.
According to research, orange is the least favourite colour and the Sacral is often the most imbalanced chakra among Humanity. “Vibrational” will be the key word in this session. The Balancing Techniques we learn here can be applied to every Chakra.
According to the Unity Consciousness Workshop teachings, there must be Balance within any energetic system before Re-Activation of the Divine Self can occur.

Solar Plexus
The seven chakras are an essential aspect of the study of yoga. Different asanas provide a means of balancing and experiencing the universal fields of ingoing and outgoing energies within the body and mind. By remaining centred in stillness within and carefully positioning the body in the asanas, this interaction of the energies is localised in a particular area, organ and nerve centre of the body. This focuses the energy back into the chakra in which the energy vibrates and stabilises when in balance.
The solar plexus chakra, manipura, is located at the base of the sternum. It is known as the “city of jewels” and is connected to the element of fire. It is associated with the gall bladder, liver, pancreas, small intestines, spleen and stomach. Our digestive system is where initial signals come from and the natural place for such an energy centre to be set up. Hunger, the urge to possess or to consume is an immensely strong drive.
Often early yogis had to survive on little food, so setting controls on the digestive energy was essential. This energy drive naturally extends on from hunger to that urge in all of us to possess goods, money, prestige and terrain. Our welfare and happiness depend upon good control of these appetites.

Kath’s session on the solar plexus chakra will begin with centring followed by limbering, gentle asana practice, pranayama and relaxation.

I will be guiding you through a variety of experiences and meditations designed to help you directly connect with your own inner sacred space. I so love the privilege of working with groups to explore the heart centre; inevitably there are tears, laughter, astonishment, revelations, and most of all amidst what is a very sacred process – a lot of fun!

Above the Heart is the THROAT CHAKRA one of the seven energy centres of the body that RESONATE with the seven rainbow colours, each with its own energy, the throat resonating the colour BLUE.
BLUE = Calming, Invigorating, Encouraging, Cooling, Freedom, Expression and Togetherness.
The Throat Chakra is the place for naming things and recognizing that (you can) enables you to manifest, set your verbal goals and reach them. By using your Fifth Chakra.
The Throat Chakra, can take us there, by finding a balance that is individual, to all, and by voicing it, in your own unique way.
The Throat Chakra is the place of manifestation through the power of the spoken word, in fact, the starting point. I hope to use this chakra to enhance, goals, joy, and thought, by using self, along side N.L.P. and Light relaxation Hypnotherapy.
I also want to make the session enjoyable, and fun, after all the throat can be responsible for both the hard spoken word, and soft spoken word, and variations of light and shade, will be available to all, the choice will be yours. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the day.

Pineal Chakra
Angela Morse will be Working with the Ajna centre (brow chakra)
Within the brow chakra lies the Pineal gland. Enhancing and activating the Pineal gland helps to integrate and strengthen all energetic aspects of our light body, and deepen and broaden access to different states of consciousness within ourselves. We will have a brief overview of the Pineal glands biological function (Yes, this does affect our spiritual experience), and work with various techniques and meditations that help us to develop this centre both a receiver and conductor of spiritual information.

Crown Chakra
Barbara Rose is a researcher of Truth. Her inner journey began in earnest at the turn of the century when ill health forced a change in focus from the outer to the inner. Friday afternoon…
We will complete the Workshop with a Rainbow Synergy Ceremony.
The essence of Synergy is best explained when we think of an orchestra of musicians.
A violinist, a clarinetist and a tuba player can all be virtuoso performers but when an orchestra plays together, it takes the Music to a totally new level. The audience also experiences this United ensemble of talent as an uplifting and moving experience.
The Rainbow Synergy Ceremony is a beautiful Unity Consciousness Ceremony which Re-Minds us that some of us are drawn to Teach, some of us are drawn to Yoga, some of us are drawn to Paint, some of us are drawn to Sell, some of us are drawn to Planting gardens, some of us are drawn to Scientific research and some of us are drawn to Rest by the stream. We are all different colours but, as we always were, are now and always shall be, we are All Colours! We are all different Personifications of the Divine Creativity. As individuals, we can become virtuosos in our own passion.
When we Gather together as a Family, it carries us all to an entirely different level!
